The HR Business Partner works in collaboration with management layers to design, develop and deliver programs to maximize organizational effectiveness, ensuring a proper translation of business objectives into strategic HR initiatives and actions. Works as a Business partner for management and a consultant for employees.
Main responsibilities include:
Talent Management: ensures that the performance management process unfolds smoothly, in agreement with the timelines and standards agreed, partnering with managers to enable them to best use the process to drive growth and engagement.
Talent Development: designs the organizational strategy in terms of talent growth & development, including organizational trainings, career development frameworks, succession planning. Works as a Project Manager for organizational trainings.
Employee engagement: uses quantitative and qualitative data to accurately identify the most important sources of satisfaction and disatisfaction within the organization, develops initiatives to increase employee satisfaction.
Benefits & Compensation: aligns the Comp & Ben strategy to the company goals and market trends.
Manages Induction, exit & stay interviews.
Strategic reporting: keeps key data & reports up to date, provides input & insights for management meetings & business plan.
Leadership coaching & partnership: the role works closely with management layers, keeping a solid communication to ensure proper understanding of priorities, focus areas and to offer consultancy on specific needs.
