Delivery Manager, Iasi

We are looking for a new colleague to join us as a Delivery Manager and play a strategic role in business development. Strong customer management & project management skills are required, as you will have full responsibility for the delivery of the running projects and their possible expansion. Results-oriented mindset, servant leadership, and emotional intelligence are mandatory skills to build relationships that last.

 

Key responsibilities:

Customer management

  • Develop lasting relationships with the existing and potential customers
  • Focus on customer happiness by understanding their business goals and think together on suitable software solutions
  • Good understanding of the business domain to hold the team’s focus on creating value within each goal the team commits to
  • Constantly assess customer feedback and act appropriately
  • Monitor and evaluate the work of the project teams, as per the upfront defined business case

Business development

  • Identify and nurture business opportunities
  • Strong cooperation with our management team to drive customer intimacy and business growth

Team management

  • Inspire, engage and support team members
  • Build efficient and effective teams, develop clear roles and responsibilities within a team, promote a result-oriented mindset
  • Matrix-managing a multidisciplinary team (technical and behavioral competencies), work cooperatively to provide high-quality solutions
  • Facilitate the integration of all team members
  • Promote the feedback as a culture

Project management

  • Manage the projects in line with the business needs
    • Monitor project execution to ensure adherence to budget, timeline, and scope
    • Monitor the progress of the implementation and regularly report the status to stakeholders, against the upfront defined KPIs
    • Manage escalations
    • Financial management, work predictable – monitor and report financial KPIs, forecast the planned activities

Competencies

  • Excellent communication skills including assertiveness, presentation skills, persuasion, negotiation

  • Ability to apply project management concepts according to the business context

  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal

Experience

  • Proven experience in the software development field, with demonstrated performance working with customers, leading the delivery of software solutions
  • Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams
  • Experience in working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, XP, Kanban)
  • Knowledge of project metrics, including gathering, reporting, trend analysis
