Financial Analyst – Total Specific Solutions

TSS has a strong position in the Netherlands and would like to grow internationally through acquisitions. TSS can add a lot of value to these acquired companies by helping them to professionalize. The finance department of TSS brings an important contribution to this process. Because we are growing fast, we are constantly looking for good finance professionals to expand our team.

If you’ll join us you will 

  • Monitoring and developing financial models and insight on the quantitative and qualitative performance of the business unit
  • Defining, drawing up and implementing excel models to capture value drivers of our business units maintaining appropriate financial information for Management
  • Gathering data and information, organize it into insightful reports that visualize key messages through e.g. trends and variances; Then, analyze the data and generate insights and recommendations; You will look for trends and benchmark the analysis against other companies in the Group
  • Supporting our Center of Expertise in M&A projects and in the financial Due Diligence process
  • Supporting budgeting and estimating on all P&L accounts, Balance Sheet items and Cash Flow
  • Supporting (ad hoc) financial analyses to support decisions and advise management on these
  • Providing management with relevant insight focused on variance analysis and different KPIs
  • Providing support to the Senior Business Controllers and Finance & Control Manager teams in order to accelerate processes related to internal financial reporting
  • Assisting the Group CFO in all ad-hoc analysis and presentations
  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships at all levels of the organization

What are we looking for…

  • Bachelor’s and/or Master’s Degree in Accounting, Control or Finance
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience as a financial analyst or a similar position
  • Good MS Office knowledge and excellent MS Office Excel capabilities
  • Power BI skills are a plus
  • Good knowledge of written and spoken English
  • You are ambitious, flexible and you have strong communication skills
  • Data mining experience with the ability to use that data, transforming it into insightful reports that visualize key messages through e.g. trends and variances
  • Experience in finance and reporting
  • Analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Very agile, open-minded good organizational skills, ability to prioritize and able to work with deadlines
  • Ability to adapt to change and flexibility in approaching work tasks.
