We are looking for a dynamic, creative and motivated colleague to join our HR team as a driven IT Recruiter.

The IT Recruiter is responsible for the entire recruiting life cycle for the openings in the company.
- You will manage the end to end hiring process, from partnering with stakeholders to define job descriptions until the preparation of the onboarding process for the new joiners
- You will have to extend your knowledge of online sourcing and networking to create new communities that identify and build talent pipelines
- You will build solid working relationships with Talent Acquisition Members and Internal stakeholders
- You will use databases to maintain data integrity of all information
- You will communicate with candidates promptly and assist for interviews
- You will be responsible for the onboarding process for the new employees
- You will participate actively in recruiting & employer branding events (coordinate career fairs and partnerships with Universities and Student Organizations etc.) on the local market
- You will represent Yonder to events happening in the labor market (Job Shops, Career Events)
- You will manage the internship program in the company
What are we looking for:
- Minimum 1 year previous experience in HR field
- Tact, diplomacy, business ethics and ability to work with sensitive information
- Ability to learn technical information
- Communication and networking skills – the ability to build long term partnerships/relationships with stakeholders/candidates
- Very good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Experience in the IT field is a great advantage
