Office Manager, Iasi

We are looking for a dedicated, proactive and likeable person to join our team and help us keep things organized and running smooth. You will be in charge of general office operation management and administration.

There are some key activities…

  • Front Office activities (welcoming protocol for customers/ employees/ suppliers/ visitors)
  • Be the initial contact for all Yonder visitors, clients, vendors and helps ensure that all administrative procedures are followed
  • Travel, transfer and accommodation arrangements
  • Maintain communication with all the departments
  • Offering administrative support to all the company’s employees
  • Maintaining monthly activity reports
  • Schedule medical checks for employees
  • Opens, reviews, records and distributes or organizes mail
  • Maintains office stationery, prepares check requests or expense reports and follow through
  • Supervise and monitor the work of our cleaning staff
  • Maintain strict confidentiality in performing tasks

  • Strong verbal, written, analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Team spirit and initiative, proactive attitude, result oriented
  • Excellent standard of English language both verbal and written
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft office applications)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality with information received
  • Customer and detailed oriented skills
  • Willingness to learn and continuously improve
  • At least 1 year experience on a similar position
