The Requirements Analyst works together with business stakeholders in order to elicit, analyze, document and validate requirements for business processes and IT systems. He/she understands the business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements and recommends solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals. He/she interprets and transforms information based on business requirements and provides the data for delivery.
Act as a liaison between the business stakeholders and the development team
Elicit, analyze, document and manage functional & non-functional requirements
Translate the customer’s requirements into development-ready user stories
Provide support to the development team to ensure the correct implementation of requirements
Theoretical knowledge about requirements engineering (practical experience preferred)
Theoretical knowledge on application lifecycle management tools (working experience preferred)
Basic experience with knowledge management tools
Experience in software development projects using Agile methodologies
Knowledge of relational databases systems and the ability to create data models
Theoretical knowledge about UML, databases and web services
Understand how to design prototypes and mock-ups under minimum supervision
Ability to adapt own speech to different stakeholders (business, technical)
Very good organizing skills and attention to details
Strong English written & oral communication skills
Ability to naturally solve blockers and be used to reacting quickly and shifting priorities in a demanding environment
