You will be in charge of…
Providing 2-3 layer support for colleagues or IT team on different issues related to: network, Windows/Linux/MacOS environments, software or printers
Investigating and implementing new tools and in the meantime offering support to the team in using them
Creating and maintaining high-quality documentation of all relevant specifications, systems and procedures
Ensuring the security of our company’s systems and data through thoughtful diligence, adherence to Company policies and procedures, and collaboration with relevant security personnel
What are we looking for:
Ability to identify and prioritize high-impact problems and deliver solutions
Very good analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills
English language written & verbal communication skills conversational/business/technical
Ability to balance the demands of multiple parties, define priorities, and set appropriate expectations
Good knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPOs (Windows Server)
