Yonder AI Inspire Event

March 11, 2026 in the Netherlands

Our first Yonder AI Inspire event

We are frequently asked to speak at events across the globe, particularly by the various CSI Groups. In the recent past, it has all been AI-related. Topics range from the status of AI to AI for software development and software modernization, including AI and the future of software companies and AI and cybersecurity. All variations are covered.  AI causes disruption, and, as software companies, we help companies to cut through the noise. We evaluate how to apply it.

Knowledge sharing and interaction

We looked forward to creating and hosting our Yonder AI Inspire event, where we could invite our non-CSI clients and prospects. The team designed this event with tech leaders in mind. We invited three of our frequent speakers, each of whom focused on a particular topic. Our objective was to help our guests identify both opportunities and risks. It was to be relatively small, so we could have discussions and dive into the essence. And it was a great success!

In the final session, Remus Pereni posed a key question: are we building a faster horse, or are we ready to design the car? Retrofitting AI into legacy platforms can create limits. In many cases, building systems with AI in mind from the start unlocks more transformational potential.

This shift also changes how teams work. Leadership should focus on evaluating impact, not methods. And junior developers will move toward tech‑lead style responsibilities, working with senior leaders and SMEs to define clear requirements and acceptance criteria.
The event reinforced that real AI transformation is not just a technology effort. It is an organisational one, built on thoughtful adoption, strong governance, and long‑term vision.

As an AI adoption manager and product owner for Copilot, these themes align closely with my daily work. With 2026 seen as the year where AI must start showing real value, the focus now is moving from adoption to transformation. It also means identifying the use cases that create measurable impact in how we work.

The issue of time compression within the AI era, spec-driven development, IT modernization, and other inspiring talks about AI in software development. The innovation in AI is moving at incredible speed!
Thanks, Marius Indrie and the Yonder team, for the warm welcome today at your event. I loved the talks of Paul Cirstean, Alex Coman, and Remus Pereni.

This was about how we can use AI sensibly in our software development projects – not only as an additional feature, but as a real driver for the transformation of our solutions.
It quickly became clear that if we want to use AI sustainably, we must first invest in our teams and in the right tools. We also need a clearly defined AI development cycle (AI DLC) to embed the use of AI in our development processes in a structured and effective way. This enables AI-driven development under human supervision 🤖 + 🙋 ♂️ = 💡⚡️💪🏻

I found the sessions on the strategic use of AI by Paul Cirstean, cybersecurity risks by Alex Coman, and the track by Remus Pereni particularly exciting, which showed very clearly how AI can already be used in development teams today in a very practical way. It also revealed what limits still exist today.”

AI is of course a hot item among many companies. Of course, also with us. CCS has several initiatives underway to take full advantage of the benefits without ignoring the risks. It’s cool to see how much is happening and to experience how AI can support us. It really feels like we’re on the verge of a revolution.

At the same time, it is also an area where we can still learn a lot. That is why we immediately accepted Anca Cuc ‘s invitation to the Yonder AI Inspire 2026 event.

Interesting to see how far Yonder has come with this and how much we can learn from them. It is inspiring to see how AI is applied in practice and what opportunities it offers for the future.”

We also have our AI Hackathon upcoming in May in Cluj-Napoca and Iasi. This year’s edition will focus entirely on 100% developed by AI driven by humans.

Our hackathon is for companies only. Read more about it here.
