Mihai Nadas Voted Manager Of The Year In Outsourcing 2015

On Thursday 26 May, the event Romanian Outsourcing Awards for Excellence 2016 was held in Bucharest, Romania. And Mihai Nadas, Managing Director of Yonder, received one of the most prestigious awards: Manager of the year in outsourcing 2015.

The event was to recognize and promote excellence in the Romanian outsourcing sector. Outsourcing Today, the integrated communication platform of the business services sector, powered by The Diplomat – Bucharest, presented the second edition of the Romanian Outsourcing Awards for Excellence – an elite event that recognizes, rewards and celebrates the success of the most prominent companies acting in the outsourcing – BPO, ITO and SSC industry in Romania. The nominations were divided into three categories: project, company, and individual awards. The jury of nine included such prominent people as the Secretary of State, a member of the Commission for IT&C of the Chamber of Deputies, CEO of Outsourcing Advisers, the Director of the Department for the Relation with the Socio-Economic Environment, to name just a few.

Mihai Nadas, one of the Managing Directors of Yonder, was nominated in the individual category. All nominees should be extraordinary individuals, showing demonstrable achievements in their outsourcing career, being directly responsible for creating and instituting innovative and effective programs, projects, or technologies and/or have otherwise significantly helped the company or outsourcing industry meet their goals. Romania is strong in outsourcing. Data from the Romanian Ministry of IT and Communications show that over 60,000 people currently work in the outsourcing sector in Romania. And Yonder is extremely proud that one of our Managing Directors, Mihai Nadas, is regarded as an outstanding manager in that sector.
