Oh what a year! Yonder 2020

Our company performance

It has been an abnormal year for everyone. But instead of dwelling on what we miss, let’s focus on our company performance in the year that radically changed the way we do business.

During the onset of the virus, when it started moving in the direction of Europe, our management and IT department had the great foresight to test an ‘everybody work from home’ day. Just as you practice fire drills, we tried our systems and processes during the work at home day. Technically we were ready to work remotely. The situation continued, and people had to work from home much longer than expected. So, our HR colleagues went into overdrive taking care of our mental well-being. They were assisted by many others such as team leads, the communication PR colleagues, DMs, etc.

So how did we do in 2020?

We had a much better year than we expected at the onset of the global situation. Some of our 2019 customers had to stop or postpone their collaboration due to the economic impact of the pandemic. But, we had 22 new customers and 42 new projects. The projects range from new long-term partnerships for software development to consultancy services. This proves what a versatile and agile bunch of Yonderists we are. And we did more, as you can see in the infographic below.
