Team Leaders Academy is getting ready to start. We have reached our 3rd edition of the program – a leadership development platform whose aim is to prepare a new pool of Yonder future leaders.
The architecture of the program is a combination of training & coaching sessions, together with project team work.
The program will be a discovery of the organization, offering a mix of learning and experiential events. The results will lead to a better understanding of the Yonder context, how clients’ world relates to teams and organization. Overall, it will enhance the leadership capabilities of the future decision makers of Yonder. We keep the tradition of developing the pool of successful leaders inside Yonder. It will enable both individual as well as organizational growth!
