Required skillset
  • Experience using modern AI platforms (AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, Azure Foundry, or equivalent);
  • Experience building lightweight backend services with FastAPI or similar frameworks;
  • Deep curiosity and passion for generative AI, agentic workflows, and emerging capabilities;
  • Ability to work independently, manage your own workload, and deliver high-quality prototypes in short time frames;
  • Comfortable collaborating with multiple teams, gathering requirements, and communicating findings clearly;
Responsibilities
  • Work with LLMs, vector databases, RAG patterns, evaluation tools, and orchestration frameworks;
  • Develop reusable accelerators and templates that can benefit software companies.

  • Stay on top of the rapidly changing AI ecosystem and help translate new capabilities into actionable recommendations;

Project description

We’re looking for a highly motivated AI Engineer who is excited about reimagining how software development will evolve in the coming years.

In this role, you’ll build AI workflows, agents, and prototypes that help modernize software products. You’ll work hands-on with Python, LLM APIs, and cloud AI platforms such as AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, or Azure Foundry, delivering practical results that guide real adoption.

This is an opportunity to work at the forefront of applied generative AI, experimenting, learning fast, and driving innovation with a pragmatic approach. We’re looking for people who are ambitious about their own growth and can move quickly in an evolving landscape.

    What kind of questions are asked in a technical interview?

    The interview will differ based on the seniority & type of role. We might include technical tests for internships (but don’t worry about it, it will contain only frequent questions from the subjects you have studied so far).

    What are the main technologies that Yonder works with?

    We use different technologies depending on the project we are working on, but you will have the opportunity to switch them. We work with .NET, Java, iOS, Angular, React, Vue, Android, SQL server, Python, PostgreSQL, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Azure, GitLab, Outsystems.

    Can I work remotely?

    Yes, we value flexibility. We support hybrid work, a dynamic mix between work remotely and work from the office. This year we opened 2 new modern working spaces (Cluj Napoca and Iasi) which increases interaction and gives us the opportunity to take new initiatives.

    Firstly, you can start by developing your technical skills through online courses, certifications, and hands-on experience. Secondly, it is important to know the business principles to be able to understand the needs of Yonder's clients and contribute to their success. If you are passionate about your field keep up with industry trends. You should practice teamwork and communication because we have a close relationship with clients, team members and stakeholders. Last, but not least, be open to learning because Yonder is a fast – paced and dynamic environment.
