Talent Acquisition Consultant, Senior Level, Cluj-Napoca

The Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant will be in charge of defining and implementing our talent attraction strategy. This role will be our partner and work together with our management team to provide the business with the highest quality talent, within agreed timelines and at the right cost. The Talent Acquisition Consultant will hold full accountabilities for all stages of the hiring process, from attraction to onboarding while also focusing on maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout every step. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and deliver the resourcing strategy 
  • Be responsible with the entire cycle of recruitment processes – bringing added value in all stages of the recruitment process from sourcing & attracting talent to optimizing existing processes and partnership with other function to create exceptional candidate experiences 
  • Organize / participate in calibration discussions together with the Hiring Managers and technical interviewers 
  • Manage all available channels to activate candidate market including: sourcing, online & offline advertising, employee referral, events and agencies 
  • Coach and advise Hiring Managers based on recruitment and market data 
  • Inform and influence local and key hiring decisions 
  • Accountable for proactively building talent pools and pipeline for (future) recruitment needs 
  • Reporting: assess and report on time to hire, cost to hire and diversity of hires to identify trends and cost effectiveness 
  • Identifying new recruitment sources and channels and bringing innovative ideas regarding candidates and market approach 
  • Building solid working relationships with our internal HR Team, internal stakeholders and with external recruitment agencies 
  • Design and lead programs to improve our image as employer of choice and preserve and develop brand image with all candidates 

What are we looking for:  

  • Proven recruitment experience within a complex IT environment 
  • Experience in the Engineering and IT market 
  • Experience in identifying both passive and active candidates across a variety of attraction channels; great sourcing and interviewing skills 
  • Lead, manage and coach the organization in recruitment &selection best practice techniques 
  • Able to positively influence at all levels of an organization and to develop valuable relationships with managers and candidates  
  • Positive & can-do attitude 
  • Strong, proven interpersonal skills 
  • Results oriented 
  • Self-critical; willing to grow
