Daniel Lar
TSS Portfolio Manager & Yonder Managing Director
Daniel has a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and a master's degree in Entrepreneurial Management from Griffiths School of Management, Emanuel University. Daniel started his career as a developer, moving to project manager, then to business unit director. He has been with Yonder since 1996 and has played a crucial role in shaping Yonder to become what the company it is today: a leading consultancy and software development partner for software product companies and enterprises.

He understands the facets of software development as well as the needs and challenges of the customers. Daniel's strength lies in helping the management teams create a united vision and coaching them to be successful in their leadership roles. The combination of his project management background, understanding of the market, and people management skills make him well-equipped to guide the teams into the next phase. All our Yonder leaders have adopted his people-oriented approach. Currently, Daniel is a portfolio manager, meaning he oversees the Yonder BUs and its leadership teams while also focusing on expansion in Southeast Europe. -
Cristian Inceu
Managing Director & Player Coach
Cristian graduated from Informatics National College Liviu Rebreanu, with a bachelor’s degree in Economic Informatics at Babes-Bolyai University. Cristi, as he is known within the company, has been a Yonderist for over 25 years. He started as a software developer, then moved to project management and via delivery management he became a business unit director.

He started his career as an intern at Yonder and has since embedded the Yonder DNA of caring for and building strong relationships with our customers and colleagues. Cristi has an open and ambitious mindset, which creates the right environment for our young talents to express their thoughts, share their ideas, and grow into partners for our clients. This is why most of our leaders come from inside of Yonder. Cristi builds the same strong relationships with our clients and is a good connector in aligning their needs with the right people in the teams. Today, he is one of the managing directors and player-coaches in Cluj-Napoca. -
Alina Iacob
Managing Director
Alina has a bachelor's degree in Geography and the French language from Alexandru Ioan Cuza University in Iasi. She joined TSS as a delivery manager in 2016, and has since become one of the two Managing Directors in Iasi. She is an inspiration to many of us as she is our first female managing director. With extensive experience in management, Alina maximized her professional journey by capitalizing on her academic background, which also includes formal courses in project management, audits, and business administration. Alina is now one of the two managing directors in Iasi.

Alina is a driven and resilient leader, dedicated to creating the right context for the team to achieve their objectives. She has a good commercial sense and has focused on building solid relationships with her stakeholders. Alina brings a vision based on market knowledge and identifying new technologies, which she and her team then translate into the strategy for her unit. Her dedication and expertise have contributed to our success by implementing a customer-focused approach and creating a team of result-driven, entrepreneurial, and fun-loving colleagues around her. -
Alex Popescu
Managing Director
Alex has a double bachelor's degree in Computer Science and a second in Banking and Finance. But he didn't stop there; he also got his MBA (master of business administration and management). This gives Alex diverse expertise that ensures a comprehensive approach to problem-solving and innovation. He brings a unique perspective, enabling our teams to understand better the context and needs of a product or service we work on for our clients. Alex has been a pioneering figure in our delivery center from Iași, Romania, since its inception, and is now one of the two managing directors in Iasi.

Alex strives for excellence. Next to regular software development, he has chosen for his business unit to focus on DevOps. For many years, he has built a team offering clients dedicated services in this area. He and his team have invested in specific cloud knowledge, from choosing the right cloud for your needs to migration and maintenance. Over time, he and Alina placed Yonder Iasi on the map as a complete delivery center. -
Anca Cuc
Business Unit Director
Anca holds an engineering degree in Computer Science. She is one of the managers who began her career at Yonder and has cultivated her expertise in customer intimacy within the company. Anca started as a software developer, later developing team leadership skills and taking on the role of scrum master. She soon advanced to delivery manager and is now a Business Unit Director in Cluj-Napoca.
Anca Cuc – 30 yonderful moments to remember
From the start, Anca and her team have focused on bringing independent software companies and enterprises to Yonder. Her business unit was the first to work with enterprise clients in finance and other industries, setting the benchmark for these types of customers within Yonder. Anca continuously monitors changes in our customers' business domains to understand their challenges better and provide effective solutions. As a born optimist, she is highly attuned to creating high customer satisfaction and ensuring that each team member thoroughly understands the client's needs. -
Marius Indrie
Business Unit Director
Marius started his career at Yonder after graduating from Babeș-Bolyai University with a bachelor's degree in Economic Informatics. During his first year here, he also received a master's degree in Applied Informatics in Economics and Business. So, to no one's surprise he started his career as a software developer, and quickly progressed to team leader and project manager, after obtaining certification in Agile and Scrum Master. Over time, his responsibilities evolved to delivery management and leadership. Now, he is a Business Unit Director and a proud Yonderist of 24 years.
Marius has been crucial in our people management strategy, being one of the mentors responsible for the authentic growth of our teams and he enjoys having his team take the spotlight. Marius focuses on building solid relationships with employees and clients. These qualities make him a team builder and provide a solid foundation for the professionals in his unit to grow as next generation leaders. -
Remus Pereni
CTO
Remus is proof of what passionate people can achieve in their professional careers and personal life. His extensive expertise came from a formal background, including a bachelor's degree in Automation from the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca and a certification in leading software teams. As a student, he joined Yonder and quickly became a project leader. He later focused on technical matters as a software architect and is now our Chief Technology Officer.
Remus Pereni – 30 yonderful moments to remember
Remus eats, sleeps, and breathes technology, from architecture to modernizations to the latest new technologies. He helps prospects and customers clarify the technical aspects of their products. Remus is the definition of a lifelong learner always diving into new insights. He also knows how to combine business needs with the technological aspects of the solutions. Remus inspires and trains the young technical leaders within Yonder, and he doesn't stop there. He is often invited to share his knowledge of R&D matters with our clients within TSS and CSI. -
Paul Cîrstean
Head of Innovation
Paul joined Yonder's first innovation internship in 2013, where he discovered his affinity for intelligent systems and innovation. He graduated from Babes-Bolyai University with a degree in computer science. Before starting his career at Yonder, Paul co-founded two tech start-ups, where he discovered that knowing your customer needs and how to sell a product is just as important as knowing how to program the software. He continues to expand his experience in technology, entrepreneurship, and customer-focused innovation as Yonder's Head of Innovation.
In his current role, Paul investigates new technologies and explores how these emerging trends can be leveraged in a business context. By combining his technology and business expertise, he can advise colleagues and clients on the best approach in each situation, which he has aptly named pragmatic innovation. Paul has become a frequent speaker on innovation, AI, and emerging technologies at many (international) events. He inspires others to build a successful career within Yonder through his knowledge and passion for sharing his insights. -
Georgiana Pankler
Head of HR
Georgiana has a bachelor's degree in Journalism from Babeș-Bolyai University and followed a master's study in Human Resources at the National University of Political Studies and Public Administration. She joined Yonder in 2011 and, since then, has focused on the balance between our team dynamics and organizational culture. As Yonder's Head of HR, she manages the organizational culture, which is a key element of a healthy & successful company. Her background experience has been crucial in initiating and implementing processes for organizational development and human resources strategies. And Georgiana leads us through various changes in modern work practices.
Georgiana Pankler – 30 yonderful moments to remember
For the past two years, she has delivered HR expertise for M&A processes, including HR due diligence, integrations, and change management consultancy for newly acquired companies within Total Specific Solutions. As part of the management team, she has been interested in structurally designing meaningful employee experiences in a hybrid setup and managing growth, development & well-being.
