The spirit of this year’s hackathon is, as it always has been, high energy! 

This year, we are doing things differently. We will develop all the initiatives using AI, and AI only, so no human-written code. While the ideas will be driven by humans, the prototypes will be 100% AI developed, that is our aim! This will be a first at our Hackathon, completely changing the way we create code.  

For years, hackathons have been one of the most efficient ways to turn ideas into actual results. They create focus, energy, and momentum. 

The Yonder AI Hackathon means dedicating 2 days to innovation, free from everyday tasks, with full focus on exploring new ideas and turning these into prototypes using AI as an accelerator together with software companies and enterprise teams. We help you define customer-driven new features. Whether you wish to include new AI features for your market or use AI to develop prototypes. 

 

How AI changes the way we build at the Hackathon 

In the last few years, we have successfully delivered AI-driven features for our clients to use externally, such as chatbots, as well as internally to improve processes. Over time, AI has matured considerably, and as a result, we can now also apply it to develop ideas into full-functioning prototypes.

So, what do we do at this year’s hackathon? 

• We build with AI-first approach, but the innovations are supervised by humans. 

• Generate multiple variations and alternatives in 2 days 

• Create AI-driven process optimizations within solutions. 

• Create new AI customer-facing solutions. 

• Use AI to generate value out of data. 

• Build a functional prototype ready for customer validation. 

• Use AI for all steps in the build, continuously validating it via human insights. 

AI does not replace expertise. Humans drive AI, and AI does the tedious work. The result is not only an improved time-to-market, but also more functionality, better processes, and greater focus on audiences.

The AI world continues to evolve rapidly. We educate our Yonderists on AI, how to use it in development, security, and customer-facing solutions. We are continuously updating our delivery processes to help our clients get the most out of AI, and AI has become an integral part of our work. Applying AI DLC is very different from what we were used to using Agile. 

To get the most out of AI, you need a partner who knows how to apply AI, which development methodology to use, which AI tools fit the needs, what you need to keep in mind, etc. In the end, you can create a little magic at this hackathon and take home a prototype to further evaluate with your clients and company.
